Deleting your account

You can delete your Forecaddie account at any time from inside the app: open Profile, then Account, then Delete Account. That is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.

Deleting your account removes your name, username, email address, phone number, and password. Your email address is freed, so you can sign up again later with it if you choose. Trips you organized that had not yet started are removed. Trips already under way or finished stay with the golfers who were on them, with you shown as a former Forecaddie user rather than by name. On trips you joined, you are removed from any trip that has not finished, and your votes on open polls are deleted. Where a trip has already finished, your votes stay only as part of the anonymous totals, so results are not rewritten.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot get into the app, use the form above and ask us to delete your account. Tell us the email address on the account so we can find it.
